Finally previous 4.0.4 version after clean mbam reinstall was running smooth , today installed 4.1.056 and host resolving and stuttering is back. 1st inplace upgrade failed to install , had infinite install bar. after reboot , mbam was able to upgrade , lag was back , with repair tool did complete cleanup , reinstalled , nothing changed still
